Founded in Seville, Spain. Developed and acquired
solar farms across Spain for its Pension Fund and Private Equity
clients with Project Finance from Caja Madrid (now Bankia) and EBN
Banco. Established full backoffice and management
resource.
2009
Expanded Spanish portfolio. Entered the Italian market and began development work. Backoffice systems extended to Rome office for full management support to farms under development. ISO 9001 awarded for “Consultancy and Management of Solar Energy Investments”.
2010
Launched a combined Pension and Private Equity fund to acquire Italian solar assets. Completed construction and connection of three farms. Entered the UK market.Backoffice systems adapted to UK energy market.
2011
Secured Project Finance for the Italian assets. Started development work in the UK on small and medium commercial PV installations. Backoffice and management services contracted by international EPC and IPP clients.
