This role will be a position within the firm where you will be building new parts of the systems and new platforms with five other team members and external consultants. You will have the opportunity to build and architect systems from scratch and you will be encouraged to think of new and better ways to manage and maintain our platforms. You will lead our code-reviews and other internal processes to manage and monitor current production platforms.
This is a role for a Full Stack Developer who is a senior player in their current firm and wants to take the next step into a technical role where they can be part of design and architecture of current and new platforms and be a technical lead for the team.
We are looking for a professional with the ability to make a decision about which solution is the best fit for a specific task or problem, using the technology creatively and thinking holistically to understand every single part of the solution. A perfect combination between an evaluator and an analyst, knowing who knows what, and capable of understand the range of options available, always with the pros and cons in mind, to finally apply such knowledge to craft the best possible results. Good communications skills, and experienced leading developer teams in highly demanding environments, becoming an orchestrator and leading the decision-making part.
