QUINTAS ENERGY QUALITY POLICY STATEMENT

Quintas Energy Group is an organisation specialised in asset management in the renewable energy sector.

Our mission is to contribute to the energy transition by successfully deploying capital and expertise in clean technology assets and new energy generation models. We intensively aim to provide customers and stakeholders with the best standards in all areas of our services.

Commitment to quality

The company aims to achieve the above through the implementation of a quality management system that complies with the international best practice standard ISO 9001:2015. This commitment translates into meeting customer requirements, continuous learning from customer feedback and ongoing development of the system to ensure its effectiveness.

Key elements of our Quality Management System

In Spain, Quintas Energy S.A. has implemented the ISO 9001:2015 standard for the Consultancy and Management of Solar Energy Investments. The same quality management system is being applied in all our business areas and branches.

Our Quality Management System is based on the framework of ISO 9001:2015 and includes the following elements:

  2. Periodic review and quality audits of our internal processes.
  3. Management reviews of audit results, customer feedback and complaints.
  4. Detailed reporting and communication to all interested parties.
  5. Review and monitoring of procedures by an internal compliance team and process owners.
  6. Regular collection and monitoring of customer feedback.
  7. Detailed process management, improvement and control.
  8. Strong incident monitoring, response and reporting.
  9. Training and development for our employees.
