Despite access to SCADA, weather and production data, obtaining a clear, consistent and actionable view to identify underperformance or other anomalies can be a challenge, due to the risks of manual data processing from varying sources. The process eats up working hours, with the ever-present risk of errors — making it difficult to calculate accurate technical KPIs.

 

OUR SOLUTION

To address this problem Quintas Analytics developed Technical Performance Automation, a digitalised asset management model focused on automating the end-to-end pipeline for technical data processing and KPI calculation, using Microsoft’s data and automation ecosystem. This model creates an optimised, efficient and auditable process from fragmented technical data.

We homogenise data from multiple sources such as SCADA, weather stations and fiscal meters.
We automate collection and processing, removing manual risk.
We systematise key KPIs such as availability, PR and alarms to produce a unified data model.
We deliver custom dashboards and alerts that expedite timely and confident decisions.
