OUR SOLUTION

At Quintas Analytics we wanted to make possible cost control with traceability, involving no spreadsheets or paperwork — and devised what we think is the perfect solution. Expenditure Validation System is our digitalised asset management model that fully automates OPEX and CAPEX validation and tracking, using Microsoft Power Automate to collect and standardise invoices, and trigger downstream processes.

We integrate data from multiple sources: invoice records, contracts, ERPs and budgets.

We automate classification and validation against contractual terms and predefined approval workflows.

We standardise review criteria and ensure traceability, creating a single, homogeneous data model.

We set up dashboards and alerts to monitor spending by asset, supplier or cost category.
